The Soul Music Hall Of Fame
I am thrilled to announce that as of July 11th, 2026, The Soul Music Hall Of Fame has now been relaunched!
Voting is open to the public and you can vote in any or all of six categories, honoring the global and vibrant contribution made by recording and performing artists – past and present – in the world of soul music and related genres.
We began The Soul Music Hall Of Fame in 2012 and have inducted dozens of artists, all (and only) by public vote. You can find a list of all previous inductees by clicking the ‘Archives’ category.
Voting for this round ends on July 31st, 2026.

We have streamlined the voting process which remains by public vote ONLY.
To vote, you must register (with an email address – if you set up a user account you won’t have to repeat your email address). You can only vote once in each category and you don’t have to vote in all of the categories!
There is only one round of voting which lasts for two weeks after which voters will receive an email with a list of winners prior to the full public announcement.
